Focusing on:
- Understanding normal sleep development for your child's age,
- Interpretation of your child's cues and communication,
- Lactation and feeding support,
- Healthy sleep hygiene,
- Setting realistic expectations,
- Exploring and supporting individualised settling methods, and
- Adjustment to parenting/ community resources.
